A customized batch of 15kW, 11kW, and 7.5kW mud agitators successfully completed rigorous factory inspections and was loaded for shipment to the port, destined for an international project site. As vital auxiliary equipment for Solids Control Systems, these units are designed to ensure continuous mud suspension and safeguard seamless drilling operations.

The primary function of a mud agitator is to prevent weighting agents (such as barite) and other solid particles from settling at the bottom of the mud tanks. The newly dispatched agitators are equipped with high-efficiency motors and hard-toothed gear reducers, delivering highly stable power output.
Engineered specifically for the high-load, continuous-duty demands of remote drilling sites, the units feature an optimized impeller design. This configuration generates powerful axial and radial circulation flows within the tank, effectively eliminating dead zones and maintaining uniform mud density and viscosity.
Throughout the manufacturing and quality assurance phases, our technical team executed strict factory acceptance testing (FAT) on all units. Every technical parameter met our stringent standards, spanning motor insulation tests and gear clearance adjustments to comprehensive no-load and full-load trial runs.

To withstand harsh outdoor and high-humidity environments, the agitator surfaces underwent multi-layer industrial anti-corrosion spray treatments. Additionally, all transmission components are equipped with safety guards to enhance on-site operational safety, while heavy-duty steel bases ensure maximum stability and minimal vibration during continuous operations.
