As the factory gates opened, the brand-new NQF/1200-1.6 gas-liquid separator—a core component of our solids control system—was loaded and dispatched to the client's project site. This delivery represents another milestone in our commitment to providing high-quality drilling safety solutions.

In deep-well and high-pressure drilling, gas-cut mud poses a severe risk of kicks or blowouts. Serving as a crucial safety barrier, this gas-liquid separator features a 1200mm large-bore vessel and a rated working pressure of 1.6 MPa, delivering exceptional throughput and separation efficiency. Positioned downstream of the choke manifold, its optimized internal structure rapidly separates free gas from the drilling fluid and vents it safely, restoring mud density and viscosity to secure ongoing drilling operations.

To ensure peak performance under harsh field conditions, we implemented rigorous quality control standards throughout production. From non-destructive testing (NDT) on core weld joints to comprehensive pressure and sealing tests, our technical and production teams closely monitored every step. This guarantees that all parameters meet the highest standards, ensuring "plug-and-play" readiness and immediate, high-efficiency operation on-site.
Every shipment reflects a partnership of trust. The successful delivery of the NQF/1200-1.6 reinforces our expertise in solids control equipment manufacturing. Moving forward, we remain committed to technological innovation, delivering premium equipment that withstands the toughest challenges, and partnering with global clients to power the future of energy. We look forward to the equipment’s successful commissioning on-site!
